Tairawhiti Seawalls

This blog is about what our plastic is doing to our sea life. We had to use google voice to write our blog instead of typing because is going to take over typing. Here are 5 artists that have done the Tairawhiti seawalls art around Gisborne Gina Kiel,
Sean Duffell, Sonny, Pogo and  Lisa King.

This art is made by Gina KielI think this marl is trying to get to us that our plastic is ruining our sea life. If you look closely this painting shows that it has been cut up with all the plastic it has had e.g straws and many more.Do you know that this art piece is just one of the other 100 million animals that die from our rubbish that we just dump in the sea? So lets listen to what Gina Kiel is trying to tell us and stop with the plastic and start with the reusable staff.

The History of Rugby
Do you play rugby? Or even just like it, or you might have watched games on tv. Well, do you know the history of rugby? It is spiced that rugby has been around for 200 years. Rugby began in England. It also started in a soccer game!!.

How did Rugby Begin?
Rugby began in a soccer game where a boy, picked up the soccer ball and run. He started in England in 1845 the person that started rugby was William Webb Ellis, a famous soccer player.

How Long has Rugby  Been Around for?
In Early 1845 history. Playing football has been a long tradition in England and versions of football had probably been played at Rugby School for 200 years before three boys published the first set of written rules in 1845.

Why was Rugby Invented?
It is said that a famous soccer champion wanted to be a star of another game so William Webb Ellis, made rugby. It started from a little rugby school he made in England in 1845 to a big worldwide championship in 1975 in Willington. They went from fast and a soccer ball to green grass and a famous rugby ball in 1988.

What was the first team?
The first team was made in rugby school the rugby team was made up of 13 boys they are Danie, Ben, And Draw And there were 9 more people. Their team was called the Blackheath in 1851 and they played against 5 other teams called Willington wight, skyscrapers and 3 more teams. They played against each other in 1990.

So now we know the history of rugby it started in England in 1845 and they were the Blackheath, they played against 5 teams and 2 where from Willington and 1 from the east coast. It is cool to see how they played rugby in how we play rugby now.

How to Clean a Stream

How to clean a stream

Why
Our rubbish is piling up in our streams. We are losing our fish and all the other spices that live not just in the stream but on the bucks is well.
We would not what our kids to be living in a rubbish dump would we.
We need to educate others to do the right thing so the streams does not end up in a mix again.

Collecting the rubbish
We what more animals to live in your stream. For example Ducks,Fish & Birds.
We want them to have a livable habitat
What we need
We would need a fagor some paper bags that are not plastic bags because it is better for the environment.
We need some shovels and gloves so we aren't touching any grouch rubbish, trash grabbers so we do need to go in the water we need to say at else 1 meter away from the water.
We what covered shoes some water and snacks. We would what a camera to show people what we have do to help our environment.

Riparian Buffer
There  is slink/dirt that comes of our bancks and makes our streams dirte and grouch.
The oil from car are leaking into our stream then is watching out to sea it is not just oil it is rubbish too.
Our trees are stopping most of the rubbish that is going into our streams.
We Dont what to kill the animals in our stream and then kill sea life with our dirty habit.
We what to plant more trees so Birds can live in them and so we can start to breath in more health oxygen so not as watch people get lung cancer.

Educate Others
We what to  show others why we should clean the stream.
We need more then to pers of hands.
More help we have the more we can look after our environment. We need to show our community how disgusting our streams are and soon it will not just be our streams it will be our ocean too.
We need to blog about how we clean up a stream and how we did it.

Conclusion
Now for stable father we need to look after our environment by keeping the rubbish away.
Planting more trees and most of all our community by educating others to do the right thing.
