Multiculturalism

Je crois que le multiculturalism est important pour la nouvelle-zelande parce que…
I believe multiculturalism is important to NZ because…
If there were not any different culters it would be sad because people learn for others. They learn different skills, different l language but people choices to learn different things, 7for example they could be a French lesson to teach you how to speak French but choices to go or not, about 2.2% only go because they don't know how it will help them in the future.

Over 6.500 language is spoken throw out the country.
How many languages do you know?
Zaid Fazah can speak and read over 58 languages. If cultures just stayed then we went now how to speak more then one language.
traduire est un bon moyen d'apprendre différentes langues - translate is a good way to learn languages.

Do you know how many skills you learn every year? You learn over 20 skills every day from respect to p.e to being a kind person etc. People learn different skills from different people that are different cultures. Different cultures do things several, like there ways. So if you are cleaning Indians or Chinese might do it totally different then you.

So now if you had the choice to say if different cultures should be together or if they should go with there own cultures. I hope that you say go with different people and with there different cultures because they can teach you different skills in different ways and they can bring different food.

The Whale Rider

Whale Rider is a 2002 New Zealand film written by Witi Ihimaera. Kahu, Paikea Apirana, a twelve-year-old Māori girl whose Aim is to become the chief of the tribe. Her grandfather Koro ( most people know him as Paka) assumes that this role is only for boys- men. It was located in Whangara. Gender doesn't matter and that is what this is going to tell you about.

In the core of the story, Paikea wanted to provide to Paka that she could be the lender or chief he requires. Nana told Paikea ¨do don't attend to what Paka has to say, you can lead the Nau Mai with me, go on now. Pakia didn't give up she listened to her nana and said to herself 3 times ¨I want to show koro (Paka) that I can be his chief or leader ¨ so, she stands up and disregards Paka and starts to sing ¨Nau mai! piki mai!
e ngā iwi e¨ then, her nana starts to sing back ¨ngā reo, nga mana. Tēnā ra koutou katoa¨.

As Paikea didn't know what Paka was going to announce next. I was like a 100 bullets been expelled at you. As she stood there and wanted for her Nana to finish. As everyone hunkered down, she had taken a chance and perched down, where the boys were and sat there really silent. Then as Paka looked Paikea in her eyes she had a fever go down her spine, Paka said ¨GET TO THE BACK YOU ARE A GIRL¨ as she falls ignore him he says it again and she starts to gets scared he stands up and yells like a lion roaring to her cubs to come back. She got scared and went off the marae Grounds.
Everyone was speechless and just gazed at him and said you did damage to her again Paka.
